At QuickREI we allow a 30 day rent back after closing of the home, that's something we can discuss over the phone as well.

We are all about being efficient. When you call us we schedule and appointment either over the phone or in person and talk about the offer, once agreed upon the offer we fill out an agreement and take it to the title company. I then take the money to the title company and the money gets sent straight to your bank. This also something we can go over more either in person or over the phone.
